Nevada Field Day demonstrating is on Friday!

Here are some details: 

Set up: Set up is between 11am-1pm. I expect it wont trade that long, so I plan to be there by noon. I will need assistance putting up the tent top (which we have reserved but must be checked out). To deliver items during set up, entry is through the Valley Road gate. All vehicles must be out by 1pm. Check in is under my name. 

   

Hours: Field Day is free and open to the public 2-6, so if you are coming to spin you can just walk in with your equipment through the main entrance. The Main entrance is by the intersection of Sadler Way and Southworth Drive. (This is the road connecting Valley Road with Wells Ave across from the Events Center.) 

   

Note: I asked for a table and 4 chairs, but to be safe I suggest you bring a chair for spinning.

Take down: Take down is at 6pm. We will need to take down and return the tent.
